Excellent support for a tricky Amazon India MCF integration issue!
We're a 10-year Amazon India brand trying to scale our Shopify store using Ced MCF Integration app, and ran into a persistent syncing issue where orders marked "Paid" on Shopify were getting rejected by Amazon's MCF fulfillment API instead of syncing over.
What impressed me was the team's persistence. The root cause turned out to be an undocumented payment information parameter that Amazon's India marketplace API requires but doesn't mention in their official docs — and Amazon validates these fields one at a time, so each fix surfaced a new error.
Raju and the technical team worked through this methodically over several days, kept me updated at every step, and even requested store access to test directly and speed up resolution rather than making me retry repeatedly.
