Excellent support — they actually built the feature we needed
We reached out because we needed to attach a dynamically generated PDF (an order-specific invoice) to transactional emails sent through Shopify Flow, and their existing setup didn't support a variable file field. Instead of just saying "not possible," the FlowSend team worked with us directly, understood the exact use case, and extended their Flow action to accept a dynamic file URL via variables. Now we can send transactional emails with the correct file attached per order, automatically.
This is a big deal for anyone selling in Germany or the EU — invoices (Rechnungen) often have to be sent as a proper PDF attachment for B2B customers, not just linked or embedded in the email body, and most transactional email apps in the Shopify ecosystem simply don't support this out of the box. FlowSend now does, and it works directly inside Flow with no external services or custom code needed.
Responsive, technical team that clearly listens to merchant feedback. Highly recommended if you need real transactional email flexibility on Shopify.
