AI Auto Post: Instagram, FB

We checked your store and your product links work. The limitation comes from Instagram: it doesn't make links in post captions clickable for any app, so shoppers see the URL but can't tap it. On Facebook the same links are clickable.

For Instagram we recommend putting your store link in your bio (or using Instagram Shopping). We're also updating the app to explain this and to use a shorter "link in bio" call to action on Instagram posts.

If links aren't working for you on Facebook, please write to us and we'll look into it right away.
