There is a significant misunderstanding about how our app works:

1. Zero access to your own Google Ads account: We run campaigns in a completely separate, RetailerBoost-funded account. We have no access to your personal Google Ads and cannot touch or alter your campaigns. Over your 7-day install, our campaigns had 0 impressions, 0 clicks, and you were charged €0.00.

2. Google Merchant Center decisions are 100% Google’s: Product approvals and disapprovals are decided exclusively by Google's algorithms and team. RetailerBoost cannot cause, influence, or trigger Merchant Center disapprovals at an account or product level.

3. We only sent a courtesy alert: On September 17, our health check detected that Google flagged an issue in your shipping settings ("Mismatched currency in shipping information"), which led Google to turn down ~3,600 of your items. We emailed you simply to alert you to an issue already present in your Google account that you needed to resolve so that Retailerboost campaigns could operate.
