The forecasting is probably my favourite part of Provido. Instead of just looking at current stock levels, we can see suggested replenishment quantities based on our sales history. Having the forecast available by product and location makes it much easier to plan ahead rather than constantly reacting when something gets low. It's become a useful part of our inventory routine.

Two days in, the one thing worth checking is your supplier lead times. Anything not set by hand sits on a fourteen day default, and lead time is the largest term in every replenishment quantity you are looking at. The Why panel on any recommendation shows which lead time it used.
