Provido has simplified our purchasing process quite a bit. It identifies the products that need replenishing and groups purchase orders by supplier, which saves us a lot of manual work. I also like that the orders don't just get sent automatically — we can review everything and approve it first. That gives us automation without feeling like we've lost control.

Thanks. The approval step was a deliberate call, so it is useful to hear it reads the way it was meant to.
Nothing sends without you, and there is a sixty second window to pull a purchase order back after you approve it. That exists because sending a supplier the wrong order is the one mistake this app must never make.
