We installed OrderEditing - MT a couple of months ago, and let me tell you—it has been amazing! Giving customers the ability to update their address or phone number, add more products, cancel items, or even cancel their entire order and receive a refund right away has made such a difference.
It has significantly reduced the number of support emails we receive asking us to cancel orders, change addresses, update phone numbers, or make changes to an order after it has been placed. Our customers get more control over their orders, and our support team saves a ton of time.
This app has made order management so much easier for both our customers and our team. Definitely a game changer and an app I highly recommend!
