First very hesitant in using the app due to its lower review/publicity compared to other apps. So we contacted the developers twice regarding our questions and concerns. We were happily suprised to get a very quick responses, with obvious time and care in replying to us.

Afterwards we tried to use the app, and soon adopted it as our main way to avoid the human mistakes in checking if the orders are packaged correctly.

So very happy with the app, price and reassured that the devs are quick to help out.
