We decided to test the platform by submitting several fairly simple product sourcing requests. Product sourcing requests remain pending for weeks without being completed, and there are no updates on whether they are even being processed. Communication completely nonexistent. I would not recommend adding funds to the platform’s wallet until you have tested the entire process yourself and confirmed how their services actually operate. These warning signs create serious risks, especially if you plan to build your ecommerce business for the long term and need a reliable partner.
And if all the attention is being given to existing clients, with no time available for new ones, then this should operate as a private supplier rather than a public platform accepting new customers. And not waste clients time.
