Excellent customer support!
I contacted Supr support with a question about shipping fees for my prepaid subscriptions. Stefan took the time to investigate my setup, clearly explained how prepaid shipping works with Shopify, and helped me configure a separate shipping profile so that shipping is now calculated correctly for each delivery.
While checking my account, he also noticed that my prepaid subscriptions weren't configured exactly as I intended and fixed the setting for me. He was friendly, patient, quick to respond, and made everything very easy to understand.
