Huge thanks to Nula for the timely support and responses to our team. Our campaign team is based in China, and the PB team provided extremely detailed answers to every question during their working hours. Whether it was minor campaign setup details or in-depth activity data, they supplied corresponding root-cause analysis, solutions, and prompt internal tool assistance.
I’m writing this review with sincere gratitude to recognize every hardworking team member and this platform. Special shoutout to John, the technical specialist who assisted us with coupon configuration. Everyone did an amazing job!
That said, there are still areas for improvement during usage, such as language localization, data export functions, and risk alerts for discount setup. We hope we can keep collaborating and grow better together through ongoing communication. The support team is incredibly friendly – kudos to them!
Honestly, one-on-one human support is incredibly rare in today’s market dominated by automated chatbots. I just wonder if the founder will struggle to keep up with replies as more users join, haha.
