Kory, I honestly have worked with other apps and their support teams, and I thought the question I asked was either going to go unnoticed or take days to get a response. Truth be told, you completely exceeded my expectations.

You didn't just respond right away; you stepped up to help, and went out of your way to make sure we were taken care of. What impressed me most is that you didn't just answer my question and move on; you offered to continue helping us along the way, which we may take you up on that... LOL.

Truth. That says a lot about you and the way you treat people. As a small business working hard to get everything off the ground, having someone genuinely willing to help makes a real difference. Your customer service has been outstanding, and I truly appreciate the time, effort, and kindness you've shown us.
