Practical Fees & Surcharges

I usually ignore random emails in my inbox. However, this email arrived at the perfect moment. I just needed a simple app to add temporary shipping surcharges to orders during the holiday shipping season. I checked out the app in the Shopify store, downloaded it, and it works exactly as needed. It was easy to set up without any issues, so I didn't need to contact their support team. The big plus was that no features were hidden behind support requests where the developer asks for reviews in return for releasing a feature.
