This app has been a complete waste of money. I paid $3,828 per year, but the app provided absolutely no value to my business. It is extremely overpriced and practically useless.
I have already uninstalled the app and contacted their support team to request a refund, but I have received absolutely no response. It feels like there is no customer service at all.
Charging customers such a high annual fee while ignoring refund requests is completely unacceptable.
I strongly recommend that others think twice before paying for this app. Based on my experience, the service and support are extremely disappointing.
