Scam.. This app is a complete scam! I used it to create a pop-up window on my website to collect email addresses, and in less than two weeks, it claimed that my pop-up had already reached 2,000 views. But according to my Shopify analytics, the actual number of visitors to my website was nowhere near that high. Where on earth did those 2,000 views come from? This is seriously misleading!
And even if those 2,000 views were real, how come I haven't collected a single email address? This is absolutely ridiculous!
Dear SchwayShop,
We completely understand your concern and want to reassure you that our app is 100% legitimate and safe.
A pop-up view counts every time the pop-up loads on a page, even when the same visitor open it again. This is why view counts can be higher than unique website visitors in Shopify.
Our team has already checked your store and sent a simple, detailed breakdown to your email. Could you please check your inbox so we can take a look together and help you boost your email conversions?
Best regards,
