When customer upload but don't actually order, why does that count? I've only had one upload linked to an order. Is there a way to cancel the others that aren't used?
Thanks so much for the review! Good news: uploads that never turn into an order stop counting toward your monthly limit automatically after 48 hours, so there's nothing you need to cancel. Your dashboard now shows just the 1 upload that's linked to an order. We wait two days because some customers upload first and check out later, and we don't want to drop their file.
