We've been using this app for a few months now. It works great!
Today we had an issue with the order tagging functionality so we reached out to the developer. They responded quickly and identified the issue right away - the issue was on our side, and not a problem of the app by the way.
I was happy with this app before, but I'm even happier now knowing that their support is very reliable.
