Been using Biscuit Bundles for a while and it's been great. The only issue is on invoices where it shows all items instead of the bundle only which can be an issue with customs declarations but other than that this is awesome and simple to setup.

Second - we use Shopify's native bundle feature so its always the components that are on the final order. However, depending on how you generate your invoices, it should be possible to access the bundle product itself in liquid so you can reference anything you need there for customs.
