VOL Fraud Filter has been a very useful app for our store. I found repeated traffic from countries we do not serve, and while those visitors were not converting, leaving a lot of cart abandonments. I installed the app and got immediate support form Vugar. He helped me set up location blocking feature and were able to configure it in just a few minutes. The app is simple and it does what it promises. For merchants who want to block countries they don’t ship to this is a practical and easy solution.
Thank you for this thoughtful review! 🙏
You highlighted a problem many merchants face: visitors arriving from locations they don't serve, filling up their analytics and abandoning carts that were never likely to convert in the first place.
I'm happy we could configure your location blocking together in just a few minutes. Sometimes the best solution isn't a complicated one — it's simply giving merchants control over who can access their storefront.
Really appreciate your trust, and I'm always happy to help if your target markets change!
