Disappointing experience with the developer’s responsiveness and branding flexibility.
While the app’s shoppable video carousel seems ok, I am unhappy with the “Powered by FutureTechiez” attribution displayed on my storefront. I have contacted the developer multiple times requesting its removal, as I want to maintain a clean, premium brand experience, but I have received no response.
I have also seen similar shoppable reel sections on other websites without a visible attribution, which makes the lack of clarity and communication even more frustrating.
As a business owner, I expect transparent information about branding restrictions and responsive support when I raise a concern. Unfortunately, my experience so far has fallen short of those expectations.
I would recommend that other merchants clarify the attribution policy and available removal options before committing to this app.

The “Powered by FutureTechiez” attribution is included in our Free plan. Its removal is not supported under the current plan terms.
The app’s branding policy and plan features are clearly defined. Comparing our app with other apps does not change the terms of the plan you selected.
If attribution removal is a requirement for your store, please choose a plan that explicitly offers this feature. Otherwise, the attribution will remain in place.
