we installed the app to get better control over fraud, and it's been working good so far. The protection rules are flexible, and it tags all questionable orders already. Simple app with great support.
Thank you so much for your review! 🙏
I'm really glad you're finding the fraud rules flexible and that the suspicious order tagging is already helping you keep an eye on potentially risky transactions.
That's exactly what we want VOL to do: give merchants more visibility and control without making fraud management another complicated daily task.
Thank you for trusting VOL Apps. We're always here if you need help fine-tuning your protection rules!
