Just discovered this app hasn't been doing its job for 2 years! But the app itself reported everything was fine. No alerts, not notices, just one day the app forgot all its settings and no one was any wiser.
Apologies for this experience. Could you reinstall the app and contact us on support@appsfinal.com or live chat? Would like to know what job/settings has been set 2 years prior.
Would like to assist further on this and fix them.
I've checked the backend and it's working perfectly for every other stores in bulk generating SKU's on rules set by merchants automatically, so this might be something else. Regardless, happy to look further and sort this out!
