Response time is very impressive, and the willingness to help and adjust features is huge. Simon is extremely helpful and while the app is not perfect, it's pretty darn good.
FYI for any B2B owners, this one recognizes and honors Catalog prices and minimums/increments, which most upsell apps do not. This was huge for us.
