Very disappointing experience with Recipe Junction – AI Blog Post.
The app has gone down multiple times, and support has been extremely slow to respond. We received little to no response through email and eventually had to search through their website ourselves just to find an alternative WhatsApp support channel.
Whenever the app went down, the explanation was often that the issue was related to security or a third party, but there was very little accountability or proactive communication on their side.
For an app that businesses rely on for ongoing website content, the frequent downtime and lack of responsive support have caused unnecessary disruption.
Based on our experience, we would NOT recommend this app, especially if reliability and timely customer support are important to your business.
