AVOID HYPERZONE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS.
Our experience with their agent (Jaylen / Jason) was a disaster from start to finish:
ORDERS SHIPPED WEEKS LATE, many with NO TRACKING NUMBER in Shopify.
CUSTOMERS LEFT WITHOUT ANSWERS, which led to complaints, bank disputes and lost customers.
ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. When we raised the problems, the agent blamed us and said he had “lost money by giving us good prices”. These are prices he chose and agreed to himself.
THE AGENT LEFT OUR OPERATIONS GROUP in the middle of the job, with paid orders still waiting.
NO REAL SUPPORT from the company after our formal notice.
We have never worked with such an unprofessional fulfilment partner. If you sell anything time-sensitive, especially in Q4, STAY AWAY or test with a few orders before trusting them with volume.
