App has not been working for a couple of weeks. It's not loading, thus I cannot see our data/customers/quote requests, and customers cannot submit a quote request.
Of course I have contacted the support via e-mail and via contact form (two weeks ago!) and - NOTHING! No reaction at all.
This is the worst customer service I've ever seen!
