App has not been working for a couple of weeks. It's not loading, thus I cannot see our data/customers/quote requests, and customers cannot submit a quote request.
Of course I have contacted the support via e-mail and via contact form (two weeks ago!) and - NOTHING! No reaction at all.
This is the worst customer service I've ever seen!
Hey team, completely understand the frustration.
For full transparency, when we bought this app, the previous owner locked us out of many support platforms, and critical app functionality necessary to operate day to day maintanence. Which is why your support tickets went unanswered.
We've since recovered everything, fixed the platform, and made improvements that mean outages like that one can't happen ever again.
