Fulfil has increased our Pick and Pack Operation for all key metrics by 5x. The Interfaces and UI are Intuitive with associates having a short learning curve with increased productivity. Their Customer Service is top notch, with fast effective resolutions, and if there is not a solution currently available one is quickly developed and implemented. Customer Feedback and pain points is welcomed and actioned with new features rolled out often. We noticed a night and day difference since implementing with fulfil in all aspects of the business from Accounting/Finance to Fulfillment.
