Excellent app! We've been using it for nearly 3 years now and are really pleased with it. We were using a similar app, but were unhappy with the support they provided, so removed it and defaulted to Shopify's shipping. However, our model is fairly complex with discounts according to weight and price and we had feedback that customers were experiencing very slow checkouts. Which we assume is why we had a steep increase in abandoned carts. Since we installed Calcurates the speed is excellent and we've had zero complaints.
On top of this the support has been second to none. Calcurates were extraordinarily responsive and helpful (and patient!).
