I sell crochet patterns on both Etsy and Shopify, and it always frustrated me that my Shopify store looked bare while I had hundreds of reviews on Etsy. Selecting and managing reviews is simple, and the AI review scoring is a great feature because it helps quickly surface the best customer feedback.

One feature I especially love is the ability to create a “Most Loved” Shopify collection based on top reviews. It’s a smart way to showcase products that customers genuinely love, not just best sellers. That adds real value to our storefront.
