Revize: Order Editing & Upsell

We’ve been using Revize for a couple of months for order editing, and it has saved us a lot of support tickets. Their support team is amazing — super quick to respond and extremely helpful.

The new withdrawal feature for the EU is also very well built, with all the necessary automations included, so no manual work is needed from our side. Highly recommended!

Shreya has been amazing to work on implementation with. We have a complicated inventory system that we have to work with to have these changes flow through, so while the set up has not been simple at all, we feel comfortable every step of the way because she is so supportive and helpful.
