Revize's convenient order modification features have been incredibly useful for handling order adjustments across multiple regions. Since we sell in various countries throughout Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America, it's extremely helpful that we can freely modify orders — whether they're Cash on Delivery (COD) or online payments — all through this single platform.

We used to get soo many messages from customers wanting to update their orders, now they just do it themselves. Way less back and forth. Setup was pretty straight forward, and support team actually replies fast which is rare lol. Highly recommend if you’re tired of editing orders manually
