I had been happily using an alternative option over the last couple of years, however when I introduced eParcel to my business my monthly costs were going to more than double. After reviewing the market I found Ricemill and was instantly impressed with the ease in how integration was detailed and the simplicity to navigate screens and settings (I only needed one brief YouTube visit). Ricemill preloaded all flat rate bags and boxes reducing setup time and adding custom boxes couldn’t have been easier. Once I was ready to start using all costs are clearly detailed allowing me to quickly select the best shipping option. This app is very competitively priced, and I would highly recommend to any business who have MBP and/or eParcel accounts.
To put simply – if I had free reign (and the knowledge!) to design an app that is easy to install, self-intuitive to use, fully flexible to cover partial shipments, can easily add custom size boxes, link multiple carriers, highlight costs on one page, backfills tracking details into Shopify and emails customers then this would be it. Perfect.
