Ripple: AI Email Marketing

Ripple has completely transformed our retention program. We have a large catalog (400+ products) and have always wanted to deliver a personalized experience for each product. Even using Klaviyo dynamic logic, this was prohibitively time consuming until we found Ripple. Now, we can send highly personalized messaging to each customer, for each product. Ripple has doubled our Triple Whale measured Klaviyo-attributed revenue, replaced our email marketing contractor, and allowed us to deliver a great experience to our existing and prospective customers. I can't recommend Ripple enough.

This is WILD. Completely blown away; for reference we're an 8-fig ecomm brand (Ministry of Supply) 10+ years on Klaviyo (who we love) and now pretty much only use Ripple emails. Very engaged team who helped me troubleshoot an issue I was having within maybe 10 minutes of me reaching out. Nice work to the Ripple team, we're converted!

Poor customer service, not helpful at all to work with - double charged us for our account without ever letting us know.

Amazing time save on creating emails and super easy setup–I think it took me 10 minutes and I was already working on email templates. Highly recommend if you're looking to consolidate time spent on email design/layout and more time on fleshing out email concepts.

I love using Ripple! I can't possibly guess the number of hours it has saved me in creating campaigns and scheduling them to go out, not to mention how professional the emails look. If you're a start-up and don't have an unlimited budget for marketing, Ripple will save you time and money without any impact to quality. The Ripple team is also very helpful and responsive to any questions, and even checks in periodically to see how things are going. So glad these guys found me and I added Ripple to my toolbox early on!

What a scam this is! We never used the app, and even uninstalled it, and are STILL being charged a hefty monthly fee every month with no way of cancellation. We are now in contact with Shopify Support to try to find a solution and a refund. What a hassle!

Super easy once you learn the platform. Plus the integration directly into Klaviyo is a win win time saver. Love it.
