Riskified

Riskified has been a key to our growth and streamlining operations since very early on. Compared to competitive services, their direct integration into the approval process has made fraud protection completely hands-off, allowing us to focus on the actual business.

Without a fraud service in place, you will either avoid shipping legitimate orders because you're unsure, or you'll get hit with chargebacks unexpectedly. Definitely recommend them!

Riskified is a must use for any shop. Great service but more importantly they cut our chargebacks exponentially. Much easier than hiring a full time fraud department. Nice work guys, definitely a service worth having among a sea of under performing apps.

A great application that is highly recommended for any store! Great service and helps protect us from potential fraudulent orders which we've unfortunately experienced before we started using Riskified, but since then we've been able to authorize orders with ease.

So far I have had no problems with this application. When an order is placed I can see if it is suspicious immediately. I would recommend to others.

I would strongly recommend Riskified to all merchants as an added tool to prevent fraud. With different payment tiers that fit each merchant, Riskified is a cost-effective solution to reduce fraud and maximize order conversion. They take the guess work out of fraud screening and reduce inaccurate order reversals (orders that are reversed because they might be fraudulent, but are not).

Riskified took the guessing game out of orders that could be potentially fraudulent. Since installing Riskified we've been able to get an answer for most orders within 1 hour or so and once the order is approved we're able to ship out the package.

Definitely recommend the Riskified App to any businesses on the Shopify platform!

Fantastic software and service... I can't tell you the peace of mind having this app installed gives you and allows you to accept any size order without fear of a chargeback. We have used Riskified for about 2 years now and have only had to claim 1 chargeback. As promised, Riskified covered the chargeback and it was an incredibly easy process. Easily one of the best apps I have ever used....

Brilliant app! I don't need them every day, not even every week, but when I get a transaction that is flagged as suspect for one reason or another, I can hand it over to Riskified and let them take all the worry. I can't lose! If they won't take on the risk, then I don't have to pay them and simply refund the customer. No Risk there. Otherwise I pay them a teeny percentage of the order value and they take all the risk. No risk for me there either. This is what's known as a Win-Win.

As a small business with small International turnover for large price items, just one or two fraudulent orders would kill me, but now I don't worry.

And there really is no one else out there that can help us in this way. Trying to get an honest assessment of the risk in any transaction is virtually impossible, and yet here come Riskified and they manage it over and over. I highly recommend. Ask me if you have any questions about what I've said, these guys changed everything for me.

We deal with a lot of online orders in our business and using Riskified gives us total confidence to ship orders quickly and efficiently and we are able to serve our customers better than ever. If you use Shopify this is a "must-have" app. Their customer service is amazing and we always receive a fast and courteous response to any questions we have. Highly recommended!

Riskified has saved me countless times both with orders that seemed legit and turned out fraud and with orders that seemed suspicious and are legit.
