Loved this app, and it was working very well for us - well worth the money, but suddenly and without notice it stopped working. I haven't been able to even get an answer from support about it, so I am reviewing this here so that people know that the app may be unsupported, or have fallen out of use potentially. I will amend this if the issue becomes resolved to keep the review updated.

Great app! It definitely takes some time to integrate and sync all the RMS data with shopify, but it is well-worth it in the end. Couldn't have done it without the amazing support though. Shout out to Matthew for his patience, and great assistance! It's definitely a huge weight off my shoulders knowing all the inventory we have is being automatically synced. Hope they make an update to integrate Amazon inventory as well ;) Thanks again

If you're running Microsoft RMS and are either thinking of starting a web store or currently have a web store with another host (Kosmos Central, Nitrosell, Volusion, etc.) this app should be enough to convince you to make the switch.

We had a rocky 4 years with Kosmos Central and were trying desperately to leave them. The only conditions of the new site were RMS integration and a gift registry. I'm so happy we landed on Shopify, and one of the main reasons is RMSify. Coming from Kosmos eSync, which was notoriously unreliable and gave you VERY little control over the syncing process, this app has been a breath of fresh air. You have much more control over the sync, it's easy to install, you get excellent feedback about why something didn't upload, and their support is incredible.

There are a few things to be aware of, but most of the issues are due to Shopify, not RMSify. For example, if you have a matrix with a variety of colors, RMSify will upload the images perfectly but it doesn't automatically associate the picture with the correct variant. You then need to go into admin and manually associate the images to the proper variant. Shopify needs to come up with a way to allow automatic tagging of images.

Still, I can't say enough about this app. Like they say in the video, it just works. And if you're coming from Kosmos Central and need some advice about switching to RMS feel free to contact me through the Contact form on our site.

I have been using RMSify for over a year now and it works great we carry over 30,000 products and to do this manually would take forever with this app you can sync all your products within 1 day depending on how many products you have. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Having worked extensively with Microsoft Dynamics RMS system in delivering integrated eCommerce solutions for hundreds of retailers over the past 10 years, I have used pretty much every available integration on the market and this is BY FAR the easiest to setup. In fact I may need to find a new line of work because RMSify makes it so easy! There are tons of good looking, high quality templates that enable an off the shelf professional look with Shopify and its easy for anyone to update / customize the look and feel.

Well done and thanks to RTL for this wonderful utility - you have empowered many retailers for success!
