Setup was relatively straightforward, but everything fell apart afterward—including the Shopify app, which repeatedly failed. We were then hit with hundreds of violations, followed by a termination notice, as Roblox blocked every single product we listed.

Until Roblox overhauls its policies, procedures, and approval process, this integration simply isn't viable for most retailers or brands.

If I could give this zero stars, I would.

Within minutes of connecting our store to Roblox, we received dozens of violations leading to our account termination. The the Roblox bots are incorrectly identifying merchandise as either sexual in nature (picture of a group of pirate miniatures with a shirtless male pirate) OR attempting to redirect users off-site (a picture of the packaging for a puzzle).

With over 29,000 SKUs in our active inventory, we don't think this integration is ready for prime time so, unless you feel like vetting all your pictures or arguing with the Roblox mod bots, I suggest you save your time and don't bother even installing this app.
