Create a prepaid return label for any customer — even when there’s no order to return against.

Create a prepaid return label for any customer — even when there’s no original order (warranty, walk-in, or a one-off exception). From the customer page in admin, choose Create Rogue Return, then set items and addresses. It creates a $0 order, buys the label through Shopify Shipping with origin set to the customer, and opens a native Shopify Return in your Returns view. Shopify emails the customer the label with return instructions. Save reusable return addresses and package presets in Settings.
