We've sent an urgent email to your inbox so we can resolve any issue you are having. We haven't had any contact from you before this review, so we are puzzled why you would leave such a bad review without at least contacting us for support! Please respond to us as soon as possible so we can make things right.
Unfortunately, I feel this is the only way i can get a response from your company. I wrote several times to get more information about the app and to find out about future pricing before i switch completely from my previous app to strong seo, but they haven't even acknowledged my email. Whilst the app looks okay with some features missing, their customer service as far as i know, is not great. The response i need, is critical to my business because if they dont respond in time, i will have to pay for the other app when i actually would prefer to go with strong seo.

We take customer service very seriously and would never just ignore our users! I will try to email you again now - please know that we are doing everything we can to respond. We are not ignoring you!
UPDATE: It's now been a week since this review. We've responded to your emails, written new emails and even completed the online form on your website. There's not much more we can do.
