We tried a ton of AI Support options and Rosie was the obvious winner. Our business transformed overnight - Rosie handles over 90% of the calls we used to answer ourselves. Rosie knows everything about our product catalog, looks up orders to answer questions about tracking, delivery, returns, and more. She also knows all of our return, cancellation, and adjustment policies automatically and follows them perfectly.
We have been using one version or another of AI since 2020 and we have found that Rosie is the best. Other apps that can do similar functions, such as what Rosie can provide, were priced hundreds or thousands of dollars a month more.
We have her handling all incoming calls and with a few minor adjustments in the very beginning, she has been flawless. We also integrated her with our Shopify store, and she is able to look up orders and provide tracking information as well as order status, whether an order is still processing or has shipped or has been delivered, she can provide that information.
Amazingly, she can even recap a phone call and place a note on the Shopify order so you can see exactly what Rosie discussed with the customer.
It is one of the few apps that can not only answer calls but can text appropriate links and product information taken directly from your Shopify store during the phone call, when a client or customer calls in.
