Map shipping areas to branches, then tag orders, send branch updates, and track dispatches.
RoutiVox helps stores with multiple branches direct incoming orders to the team. Add branches and map shipping area names. When an order matches, RoutiVox applies a branch tag, emails the branch address, and records the dispatch result. Review unmatched orders, customize notifications, and set up automations or scheduled reports. Emails come from RoutiVox; merchants can set a Reply-To address for branch replies.
- Map shipping areas and aliases to branches
- Tag matching orders with the assigned branch automatically
- Email order details to the configured branch address
