RWA: Rollback Hero

Track product edits with diffs, then restore a previous version from the feed.

Rollback Hero records product creates, updates, and deletes in an Activity Feed in Shopify Admin, with a before/after diff of the fields that changed. Create a checkpoint before bulk edits, then roll a later change back to that snapshot in one click. Inventory restore is opt-in only and off by default. This version tracks products and variants only. Admin edits are labeled Unknown because product webhooks do not include staff identity.
