This app has a tech issue and according to developers they can't solve it here is my issue with the app The app will confirm customers estimated delivery date from the day they add the product to the cart, not from the day they place the order if the customer keeps the product for 2 days in the cart and then proceed with the order, time will be calculated from the day of "Add to the cart", not once order is placed.
My case: Usual delivery time is 3-5 business days Order was placed on 26 August 2022 at 2:05 pm
Estimated between: Aug 24 - Aug 26(as per this App's calculation I have to deliver the same day she placed the order)
Another case: 2 different orders were placed on the same day. Each one of them has different Estimated date.
Order 1 - placed on 1 September 2022 at 7:40 am
Estimated between: Sep 05 - Sep 07
Order 2 - placed on 1 September 2022 at 1:54 pm
Estimated between: Sep 03 - Sep 06
