Merchants highly recommend this app for its easy installation, user-friendly interface, and customization options like widget placement and branded icons. It enhances customer trust with features like shipping protection and express re-delivery for lost items. The support team is praised for their responsiveness and efficiency. Additionally, its free cost is valued for maintaining or increasing conversion rates, with optimism for future updates.
After initial installation several bugs showed up and needed big efforts and a lot of time on our side until they were finally fixed. Some problems still not fixed or attributed to Shopify limitations, even though these have been fixed in other apps (e.g. calculation of transport insurance even for self-collection).
New features promised (e.g. claim portal), but still months later were not realized.
Support only with big delays (simple message after 5 days still not yet answered).
So simple, so easy to install. Great options to place the widget where you see fit at the bottom of the cart. We're already seeing high conversions and the free text field allowed us to add some extra value option like "Express re-delivery for lost or stolen goods in transit". You can upload your own branded icons and also easily check which orders have gone through and revenue attatched to it. It's good to quickly be able to see if higher average orders allow for higher protection fees. Highly recommend adding this and giving it a go. We aren't seeing drop off in conversion rates overall either.
