It is easy to use, and customer service responds promptly and provides helpful assistance. I used the free version for a while and now plan to upgrade to the Standard version.
We recently started using this shipping protection service for our company, and so far, we’ve been very impressed with the experience. From the initial setup to getting everything integrated, their customer service has been excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and took the time to answer our questions and make sure we understood how everything worked.
While we haven’t had to submit a shipping claim yet, the setup process has been smooth and we feel confident knowing we have a reliable solution in place should an issue arise.
