When any issue does arise, customers file a claim – and once processed – they will have the option to re-order, or to receive a refund. In both these cases, the money comes from SavedBy's wallet- not yours. Since none of us have control over how the courier service handles our products, SavedBy has been super helpful, especially with product/order replacements and covering full refunds if the customer claim qualifies.
