I will prompt this review by saying that we have tried a lot of shipping protection services over the years. There was something that bugged us about every other service like this. Our goal has always been to find a solution that is a true value add for our customers (without hassle) and saves us shipping nightmare headaches.

SaveBy truly has been a life saver for us. We love the customer support we receive through our slack channel. Our customers are happy, and that is the most important thing to us. Claim process is super simple for our customers. And we have plenty of support from the SaveBy team if anything comes up. Our CS team loves working with SaveBy. Their CEO is a great person. Everything always gets handled promptly. You don't loose money. What else are you looking for?

Honestly, It's not often I feel impressed by the support I get from any app. The team at SavedBy responds within the same hour with dev support, questions around accounting, or on suggestions to the tool.
