Flags orders from chargeback fraudsters who reuse the same name or address across Israeli stores.

Chargeback fraudsters often order from several stores within hours, using the same name or delivery address with stolen cards. Scam Shield checks every new order against a shared network of participating stores and flags it when the same identity appears at other stores within 24 hours. The risk level and the reason are written into Shopify's own fraud analysis on the order. Hebrew addresses are fully supported. Only hashed identifiers are stored, never readable customer details.
