Moves sold-out products to the bottom of collections so in-stock items stay first.

Scorestock moves sold-out products to the bottom of manual collections so in-stock items stay first. Relative order inside each group does not change. Turn auto-sort on, press Sort now once, and Scorestock re-sorts when inventory hits zero. Smart collections are switched to Manual when Shopify allows it, because only Manual collections can be reordered. No slide-cart, no storefront scripts, no customer data. Merchants install from Admin or the App Store and open Apps → Scorestock.
