This survey tool is really good.
I like that it's so easy to set up, add a completion incentive and target it to certain product pages or visitor behaviours.
Support is on the ball and will reply within a few minutes, and is very knowledgeable.
Changed my original rating from 5 to 3 after using the reporting and analytics.
Both are exceptionally basic, ultimately you need to export the responses and do your own analysis. The built-in tool does not do any pattern analysis or summarise survey response themes, etc.
I had a bit of a time setting it up, but the support team was so patient and responsive. Ethan walked me through the steps through our chat support, and I'm excited to have this feature up and working on my site!
