Avoid this company at all costs. I installed the search atlas app subscribed to a plan, payment was taken. When trying to access the app it is asking me to subscribe again. The developer is no help resolving this issue or recognising the problem.

24hrs later I am still out of pocket and three hours wasted. I am now left trying to get a resolution through Shopify.

At this point I'm starting to this SearchAtlas is some kind of scam. Installed the app, couldn't even select a plan or use the app and yet we were charged $200 per month for 3 months before we noticed.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP.
