We've been really happy with this app! It's super easy to use, but it solves a very real problem. We were losing customers at checkout when they entered invalid or expired discount codes, and this gives us a chance to recover those sales instead of letting high-intent shoppers leave frustrated.

With everyone using Honey or other coupon extensions these days, people are always trying random dead codes on my store. This app catches them when the code inevitably fails and offers them a fresh code to just finish the checkout. Really smart way to keep people from leaving your site to go Google for discounts.

I installed this right before our big May launch because I knew people trying old codes from last year would be an issue. Best decision ever. It paid for itself almost instantly. Plus,the developer is actually proactive and checked in to make sure things were running smoothly under the heavy traffic and Highly recommend giving it a try.

We run a lot of seasonal sales, so we constantly have old promo codes floating around out there. Customers would literally email us angry that 'WINTER20' wasn't working in May, or they'd just abandon the cart entirely. I found this app by accident and it's been a total game changer. If they put in a dead code, the app just gives them a small working one instead to keep them happy. It saves me answering angry emails and saves the sale. Also shoutout to the dev team, they were incredibly professional and helped me tweak the design so it matched my brand perfectly

Does the job. I like that it's not a super aggressive, spammy popup. It just quietly helps out when someone gets stuck with a bad coupon code. Good app, good support, no complaints here.
